A DiligenCe service technician will provide telephone or email diagnostic service to determine whether the product requires service. If service is needed, DiligenCe will, at its option, exchange the spare parts without charge for parts or labor. If DiligenCe authorizes an exchange for the defective unit, DiligenCe will ship a replacement spare parts to you with your next order, and the broken product or spare parts don't need to be sent back to DiligenCe company.
