Warranty and Services
For warranty service, you must provide proof of the date of original purchase.Should your DiligenCe product prove defective during the warranty period, please call the DiligenCe Connection at support at decetech.com for warranty repair instructions and return authorization. A DiligenCe service technician will provide telephone or email diagnostic service to determine whether the product requires service. If service is needed, DiligenCe will, at its option, exchange the spare parts without charge for parts or labor. If DiligenCe authorizes an exchange for the defective unit, DiligenCe will ship a replacement spare parts to you with your next order, and the broken product or spare parts don't need to be sent back to DiligenCe company.
